Original owner of this quality sleeper sofa/couch (aka hide a bed or hide-a-bed) needs to make room. It has its original neutral color upholstery, and original innerspring mattress. It is trimmed in a light oak. The upholstery condition is fair. It does have a little damage on a back corner where a cat started to scratch it but I covered it up with tape to avoid further damage. The mattress is clean, having been thoroughly vacuumed at least once a year.

This is perfect for the Man Cave, studio apartment, or where you just need an extra sleeping area. My 6' son liked sleeping on the couch part itself, while my niece and a friend, each weighing 175+, slept on it comfortably folded out.

You load and haul. You will need at least 2 people and a utility trailer, pickup truck, or other vehicle able to carry a 7' sofa. We are not able to deliver.
