We need a Workshop to Build and Repair our Custom Fitted Golf Clubs since 1974. We need a Workshop w/ running water and electricity. We have tried contacting Commercial Real Estate Companies, but they are not interested in Smaller Rental Workshop Properties. Apparently they are only interested in the multi million dollar listings! Rarely do we get a return call ot trxt. We need a Small 700-1200 s.f. Workshop w/ 10+ ft ceilings to Make Our Award Winning Custom Made Golf Clubs. Nothing Fancy!
