This is a softmodded RVL-001 Wii, that has been tested and fully updated. This particular one has bootMii installed as boot2, and is totally safe and stable.
It comes loaded with emulators and some games on a 32GB SD card, with plenty of room for more games. It also has a 32 GB USB drive with some GameCube and Wii games on it. I can also dig up and stick any particular ones you have on there, by request.
It can still play Wii and GameCube games off discs. All you have to do is plug it in with the included cables and start playing; it even comes with an HDMI adapter and cable for use with modern TVs. It also comes with a single Wiimote and nunchuk.
