We’re a second-generation family business that blends modern tools and technology with traditional woodworking techniques. Our focus is delivering high-quality work and maintaining strong standards across every project.
Basic Duties:
Track labor accurately through our online payroll system
Follow all company, local, and federal safety regulations, including proper PPE
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work with management to meet production schedules
Submit inventory requests to maintain proper stock levels
Complete assigned tasks on time
Qualifications:
Able to work independently while maintaining quality and efficiency
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
Takes pride in delivering high-quality finished products
Reliable and punctual (4-day workweek)
Able to work under deadlines and changing workloads
Experience building cabinets, die walls, reception desks, or similar work
Familiar with solid surface fabrication
Able to meet AWI Premium standards
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay depends on experience (above union scale)
