Push them into the front face holes until they click, push them sideways slightly (left one right, right one left, IIRC), then pull, and the radio comes out of the dash. If you use too much force pushing sideways, they bend or break, so don't use too much force: if the radio isn't moving, you probably didn't push them in far enough.
