Has included internet and utilities. View of ocean. Bathroom in suite, use of sauna for self ok for clients for extra fee.
Rent on Saturdays only with on demand if available only some week days. usually from 8 am til noon.... but Saturday the office is yours from 8 am til 9 pm for Saturdays. I may need one Saturday a month for 2 hours.
First and last rent paid up front and half security deposit.
