Hi there,
I’m looking to transition to a new spot at the end of July, and I’m hoping to find more than just a piece of asphalt. I’m looking for a solid house or shared community where I can fit in naturally, share some good energy, and contribute to a positive environment.
My setup:
I drive a pickup truck and live out of a fully customized, self-contained 6x12 cargo trailer. It serves entirely as my bedroom/personal space. What I’m looking for is a spot to park it (a driveway, side yard, or secure space) with access to the main house for the kitchen, bathroom, and shared living spaces.
What I bring to the table:
I’m someone who values community, good conversation, and a relaxed, respectful home environment. I’m entirely self-sufficient, independent, and past the age of house drama. I bring a grounded, steady energy to a home—someone who is happy to share a story, pitch in around the property, or just keep things light and easygoing. I appreciate a house that feels like a home, where roommates actually like each other’s company but also respect everyone’s need for space.
The logistics:
* Timeline: Ready to move for August 1st.
* Finances: Stable and dependable. Looking around $600–$700/month for the spot and utilities. (Possibly less?)
* Bonus: I'm handy, love to cook, and appreciate good food and good company.
* Bonus for me: When I break into song, people of the home, want to sing along.
Preferred Areas:
Open to various pockets in Skagit county or Southwest Washington. looking for a neighborhood with a welcoming, grounded vibe where neighbors still say hello.
