I reluctantly have to sell my Sweat Pea 😢 I have gone back and forth about selling her for the last year. Unfortunately, my health and finances make keeping her too difficult right now.
She is a 1987 24' Chevy Coachman Crusader. She runs great. She had one owner most of her life and he rebuilt the engine. Guessing it has about 30,000 miles on it. He passed away and left it to his sister. My family bought it from her. The roof and ceiling are in great shape. The interior is clean and nice. Rebuilt (gas) engine, new master cylinder, new van battery, new belts, new house battery, new fan motor in the AC, new transfer switch, new kitchen faucet with added sprayer, tank heater pads, new shower head, new thermostat on the hot water heater, I added a valve and hose attachment on the onboard propane tank so you can attach a 20 lb tank when boondocking. She runs great and is ready for her next adventure!
Includes: two potable water hoses, one is 25' one is 50'.
Additional Camco 50' 30 amp power chord.
Two adapters to plug into 15 amp outlets, one is standard one is a covered surge protector.
Black water and grey water hoses.
Waterproof storage bags for all hoses and cables.
Large heavy duty, waterproof tarp to cover the roof.
Rechargeable Hepa filter stick vacuum. Electric heater.
I only tried the generator once during a storm and it worked for 30 mins before quitting. It may just be a clogged fuel filter, but I didn't get it checked, and it also needs a new air filter.
The furnace works great, but takes a few minutes to get going when you first turn it on.
There was a leak in the van cab that soaked the carpet under the passenger seat. I couldn't find the leak, it my be the door seal. The carpet on that side was cut out and the seat base probably needs to be replaced because the wood is discolored.
I removed the mirrored bathroom cabinet because I was about to redo the bathroom when my health really tanked. The cabinet is included, I just didn't screw it back up.
Arizona plates, I'm from Arizona, and I am going back so I registered it there, but it was purchased in Washington. I will be removing the plate when I sell it, please plan for that. Paid $5,500 when nothing inside worked. Put in $2,000. Now everything works except the generator. The interior is in excellent condition. She is very nice inside. Perfect size RV at 24 feet. Fires up like a champ. I've owned her for 2 years. I drove her from from Vancouver to Everett. From Everett to Marblemount, and from Marblemount to Concrete Washington, where it is now. She fired up every time and drove like a champ. It breaks my heart to sell her but I don't have a choice with my health and finances right now. She is 38 years old, so there are some issues that I think are insignificant if you like fixing things up. She is in excellent condition for her age. I was actually looking forward to restoring her. Nice awning and microwave. Fridge works but is a little ugly inside. I only ran it on electricity. You have to have two people to light the propane on the fridge. The RV comes with a preflight checklist typed up by the first owner that tells you how to run everything inside. I also have RV and Chevy van manuals. I added a TV monitor and DVD player. The monitor is mounted on a swivel stand. The previous owner took good care of her before he passed. I also added a Pur Plus water filtration system to the kitchen faucet. Stove and oven work great. I installed a new 10 year smoke detector. Contact me for more information and location, or if you'd like more photos. If the listing is still up, it is still available.
Asking $7,500.
