As you may have noticed, he is constantly renting out rooms in this area — because no one ever stays. Unfortunately, there was no warning for me when I rented from him.
He drinks every single day and makes it impossible to sleep. He claims he wants “no drama,” yet he is the drama. Always intoxicated, loud, aggressive, and unpredictable — and on weekends, it gets significantly worse.
Another roommate is already planning to leave for the same reasons.
Be aware: he does not return deposits, even if you give proper notice and leave the room in perfect condition. Once your money is in his hands, it’s gone.
Stay away from this rental.
