I'm renting out the master bedroom in my house. The neighborhood's super quiet and safe, and if you go to SVC, campus is like 5 minutes away. Bus stop's right down the street.
Your room:
Master bedroom with lots of windows/natural light, your own full bathroom (it's got dual sinks which is nice), and a walk-in closet. I can leave furniture if you want - queen bed, desk, chair, dresser, TV. It's good for one person or a couple. You'd also get some garage space.
The house:
About 1500 sq ft, pretty good setup. Your bathroom's totally separate from the rest of the house, plus there's a half bath downstairs. Washer and dryer upstairs. Kitchen and living room are furnished, small backyard garden.
What I'm looking for:
Someone chill who doesn't mind helping with yard work sometimes (got all the tools) and basic house upkeep. My current roommate and I get along but we're both independent - sometimes we hang in the kitchen and talk, other times we're doing our own thing. Just looking for someone easy to live with.

$500/month rent
$80/month utilities (water, electric, gas, internet, trash, HOA)
Move-in: first + last month + $300 security
6 month lease, then month-to-month
