This is a work exchange/barter. Dishes, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, light gardening, etc. Around 10 hours per week maximum. (Works out to about $17.50/hr).
Low density neighborhood of 5-acre parcels.
Application, background check, security deposit, and last month's rent required to move in ($700x2=$1400).
(Bathroom is nearly 100% private. We have our own, but every once in a while we might need to use it.)
Will consider your SMALL dog. Completely fenced yard. We have two dogs, a cat, and a chinchilla inside, plus four goats and a pig inside. All pets.
