Shared 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Glenhaven, just south of Sudden Valley. 20min drive to Bellingham, also 20min drive to the Skagit Valley. Access to 2 private lakes and pool in the community and south lake Watcom access 5min away. I am a 46yr old, partnered male, outdoor enthusiast who works in Bellingham Monday thru Friday. My partner is currently caring for elderly parents in Montana and will be there for the next year or so, which is why we are opening up some space in our home for rent. I also will periodically be working remotely from Montana for a few weeks at a time, every few months during that year that she will be over there. We do have 2 indoor/outdoor cats as well, so we prefer no pets, but single cat may be negotiable.

What you get:
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and downstairs Den. Shared kitchen, laundry, outdoor space and I'm also fine with sharing the upstairs living room space as well. We can also make some storage area available in our garage if that helps as well. All utilities will be included in the rent including Ziply fiber wifi. We can provide some bedroom furnishing if needed as well.

We would like to have a 6mo - 1yr lease agreement but will also discuss month to month. Background check will be required.
