Full time Lead for our Farm Store works five days a week, including weekends. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented, excellent communication skills, be self directed and work well with others. Will participate in shared weekly cleaning schedule to maintain the appearance and food safety of the store; must establish a good working relationship with owner and co-workers.
Required: sales experience, enthusiasm for organic and sustainable practices.
Preferred: familiar with Square POS system.
Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit required within 2 weeks of hire.
32-40 hours per week.
Tips will provide substantial compensation over $18.00 base wage.
