2012 Prius V Blown Head Gasket - $2,900 (Clinton)

Added K-Seal Head Gasket Repair to coolant system. It's seems to have really improved the state of things. No longer have warning lights (except tire wear indicator). I occasionally have to add a small amount of coolant every week. I drive it 5 days a week. I've driven it for about a year since the head gasket problem started. Getting 42mpg.
UPDATE:
Still running good. now has 182461 miles. Still sips antifreeze.
New tires and just changed oil
It's really nice to drive and still gets great gas mileage. It's a shame about the head gasket.
