The layout: You enter through the front into a main office. Down the hall are three, good sized private offices, and restroom.
To the right of the main entrance is a large, bright area that was used for a conference room. Past that are large open areas with cubicles and second restroom. We have a few desks, file cabinets and the cubicles already in place.
The space could be perfect for:
- Coworking or remote work desks
- Art studios or workshops
- Small business offices
- Event pop-ups or maker space
Or perhaps something totally different? We are currently open to how we can designate the space and price points. We are open to long or short term leases, depending on the situation.
