Yard Cleanup & Weed Removal in La Conner - $240
Washington Construction is seeking a reliable worker for a professional yard cleanup and weed removal project in La Conner, WA.
PROPERTY DETAILS:
• Approximately 1,500 sq ft yard
• Spring cleanup - weeds are actively growing and budding out
• Roundup and pump sprayer provided by us
SCOPE OF WORK:
Day 1 (Approximately 4-5 hours):
• On-site assessment of yard conditions
• Pull and remove existing weeds from entire yard (~3-4 hours)
• Apply Roundup to areas with remaining or hard-to-pull weeds (~30 minutes)
• Roundup pump sprayer provided
• Bag all yard waste
Day 2 (Return 5-7 days later - Approximately 3-4 hours):
• Remove remaining dead weeds from Roundup application (~2-3 hours)
• Final yard cleanup to homeowner standards
• Load all yard waste and haul to Skagit Soils for disposal (~1 hour)
PAYMENT:
• Total: $240
• Payment made upon completion of all work and homeowner approval
• Total work time: Approximately 8 hours spread over 2 days
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have basic landscaping tools: rake, weed puller or cultivator, work gloves
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be available for 2 separate work days (5-7 days apart)
• Must be able to lift and load yard waste
