A growing advanced manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of the HR function at a dynamic production facility. This individual will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Human Resources Leadership
• Evaluate and recommend long-range HR strategies, policies, and programs that support employee attraction, development, engagement, and retention.
• Assess the effectiveness of HR processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to promote a culture of high performance, accountability, and employee engagement.
• Build relationships with community organizations and serve as a representative of the organization with local and state agencies.
Employee Relations & Compliance
• Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, grievance resolution, conflict management, mediation, and disciplinary processes.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Maintain expertise in EEOC requirements, workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance, leave administration, and workplace safety regulations.
• Interpret, communicate, and administer company policies and procedures consistently and fairly.
Talent Development & Workforce Planning
• Develop and implement training and professional development programs that support workforce capability and engagement.
• Oversee onboarding, new hire orientation, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
• Support management teams in implementing best workplace practices and maintaining regulatory compliance.
HR Operations
• Oversee compensation administration, personnel records, leave management, benefits administration, and employee performance processes.
• Manage HR reporting and associated regulatory requirements.
• Support international travel administration, including compensation, per diem, and payment processes.
• Plan and execute company-sponsored employee events and recognition programs.
• Facilitate communication between employees and leadership teams.
Leadership
• Lead and mentor HR team members while promoting professional development and accountability.
• Provide confident leadership during challenging situations and organizational change.
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Significant HR experience supporting a manufacturing environment with a workforce of 150+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of:
o Employee relations
o Organizational development
o Performance management
o Compensation and benefits
o Policy development and administration
o Employment law and regulatory compliance
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience leading an HR team of at least three professionals.
• At least two (2) years of senior-level HR management experience.
Preferred
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.

• Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 annually
