Property upkeep services: Landscape, Painting, Pressure washing, etc (Skagit)

$60 Mow, weed whack, edge & blow lawns under 6k sq feet. $80 for 6-10k sq feet. Weekly or bi-weekly visits available or $160-$200 monthly + $20 haul away fee added if needed. Other landscaping tasks such as hedging, pruning, weeding, removals/installs, etc $150 hourly. $150 minimum under an hour + tax.
$150 minimum on handyman tasks under an hour, not including total pricing of job/materials/dump fee if applicable based on job + tax.
Pressure washing & painting: flat rate bids based on individual jobs + tax.
Other jobs priced based on individual job/scale of work, etc flat rate bids.
We are a small 2 owner, 3 man operation currently, new in business and looking to grow and expand our customer base and grow our business in general, keep our customers happy and get good referrals for the work we do. We already have some happy, regular, recurring customers up here in Whatcom county and looking to expand our reach a bit into Skagit county and provide services down there as well.
