We raise a small number of Idaho Pasture Pigs on our small farm / homestead. We recently had a buyer back out and are rushing to find another customer who wants to fill their freezer with some quality pork, sausage, ham and bacon.

Pigs have been fed a diet of non local non GMO corn / soy free feed feed from Ellenbaas feeds in Ferndale, WA. We also have a small apple / pear orchard and have been giving them a steady diet of fruit and veggies to supplement their diet.

Harvest date is this Thursday Oct 17 and the pigs will be processed at Del Fox meats in Stanwood. We are asking $5 / lb hanging weight for either a half or whole hog. I estimate around 200 lb hanging weight. Meat will be ready for pickup around the end of the month from Del Fox.

Cost of processing paid directly to Del Fox is $1.00 / lb for normal cuts and $1.25 / lb for bacon and sausage .
