Kitchenette - solid plywood navy blue kitchen cabinets, beautiful epoxied, redwood countertop 2.5” thick, French door fridge, undermounted Glacier Bay sink with roll out dish rack and fitted strainer and cutting board, brass colored facet & matching cabinet hardware. Rolling blue “matching” island, particleboard construction. I paid $5.5 grand just in materials for this kitchenette, but I know it’s all used now and requires dismounting the uppers, lowers are just sitting against the wall, plumbing already unhooked.
