We have 2 of these very expensive stunning pieces from a large home in Magnolia Seattle. They have been recovered and re-stuffed with down at well over $10k each.

We are asking $800 each or if you take the pair they will be 2 for $1000, please be real and please be serious, you will never find an opportunity like this again.

These are from the era when furniture was built, the stitching and the finish speak for themselves. The fabric is very thick and soft, goldish, brown checkered pattern. Please read the measurements carefully as these are huge.

Metal tacks finishing the face of the couch off with a very low profile to the ground, stunning pieces. The upholstery work is as good as it gets.

From center to center of the arm rest it is 8 Feet.
Total couch width is 9 feet.
Seating height is 17 inches, very soft to sit in.
The seating butt area depth is 24 inches.
Arm rest height is 26 inches.
The height of the back of couch is 30 inches.

We are downsizing our world, this is real, please be real and please be courteous as we are.
