A Thomas Payne Collection RV Sleeper Sofa in top notch excellent condition. Came in a 2024 Coachmen Chaparral 298RLS 5th wheel purchased new in May 2025. Sofa has been barely used in a smoke free home, no pets, spills or food eaten on it, sleeper has never been used. I just don't use it enough and plan on a different use for the floor space. Color I guess is a light Beige.

Size as sofa: 76in Width x 36in Depth x 37in Rear Height x 25in Arm Height

Size as Sleeper: 63in Center Width x 65in Rear & Front Width x 20in Height x 68in Depth (Without back cushions)

The front section of sleeper is the seat cushions, the center and back have decent padding for a foldout sleeper.
