This old-school, sturdy loveseat was professionally reupholstered by White Center Glass & Upholstery some years back. Lovingly cared for by my mother before and after the makeover, it needs a home and not a mini storage unit. I'm offering it for $200. If you agree that this is a good price, then please buy it. I can likely deliver for a nominal fee. If you want to make me an offer, please do. I'll possibly accept it and might deliver for a nominal fee.

Note that the loveseat is presently on Vashon Island. I can get you additional pictures and/or dimensions during the week of the 13th, and bring it back with me the following week.
