We have a bakery on Orcas and we no longer use our Oliver Bread Slicer Model 797-32 commercial gravity-feed bread slicer. It was manufactured in 2002 (“MFGD. 1-02”). This is one of the workhorses of the bakery industry and is still widely used in artisan bakeries and grocery store bakeries today. It comes with a free set of new blades, works and is ready for a new home.
