As a Baker, you’ll play an important role in providing our customers with fresh breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods they can enjoy every day. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering quality products.
What You’ll Do
• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and other bakery items using established recipes.
• Bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and specialty products according to production schedules.
• Decorate, finish, and present baked goods to meet our quality standards.
• Package and label products for display and sale.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with training and supporting bakery team members when needed.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous bakery or food preparation experience is preferred.
• A passion for baking and creating quality products.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
