I have a very nice JOHNSON 6 HP "Short Shaft" motor - in Good Condition !! I enjoy working on these motors in my retirement. I changed the impeller, rebuilt the carb (New Carb Kit), changed the plugs, and cleaned all the CDI grounds. This motor now starts fine and runs as it should. It shifts smooth, pumps good water and has good power. I've priced it to sell to make room for winter projects in my shop !!
