Very clean condition Yamaha 8 msh 2-stroke outboard engine part out. The only thing I don't have is compression in the engine block. Lower unit is pristine, have all electronics and wiring, carburetor is clean and nice, you name it.

Lower unit, tiller arm, shift shaft, reed valves, carburetor, regulator rectifier, CDI, coils, everything is good to go but the block.
