Ericson 28+ fractional rigged for better pointing and simplified sail handling. If you’re an experienced sailor this boat has the foundation of what you're looking for in a sailboat of this size. If you are newer to sailing, then this is the least risky approach to sailboat ownership. As the seller I am willing to go over everything I know about the boat including my own next to do list. This is a dry boat and bilge. We have a fairly recent survey. She is a solid boat owned by some very experienced and mechanical owners.

Well maintained fresh water cooled universal 5411 11HP diesel.

Electric Maxwell windlass to manage 175ft of anchor rode made of 100ft of chain and 75feet of rope connected to ROCNA 10kg/22lb anchor.

Expanded water tanks to 125 gal, 2 burner stove/oven, propane locker, propane heater, folding table, sleeps 6, head with shower, hot water, large cooler/fridge, Magma grill, and lots of extra parts including filters, impellers and gaskets, block and tackle for dinghy davits, harness for mast climbing, LED cabin lights, Furuno Radar equipped, other extras.

Standing rigging replaced ~2016

New Sails 2017: fully battened main sail W/three reef points, and 140 % genoa from Bellingham sails on SELDEN FURLEX 100S Furler and rudder shaft reset. Old mainsail and hardly used spinnaker are included W/whisker pole.

Dinghy davits also included but not pictured as they are currently not installed due to slip space.

Upgrade 2022: new custom fuel tank.

New 2023: bilge pump, water pump, all impellers, lifter elbow, PSS dripless shaft seal w/vent hose, cutlass bearing.

2023 new set of dock lines and fishing pole holders.

2023 Raymarine EV-100 wheel sail autopilot with auto tacking function (must have), also included is ACU-100, EV1 Sensor, and P70 control head that’s expandable to other equipment.

2023 bottom paint removed to gel-coat. Hull/ruder epoxied, faired, five coats of Interlux barrier coat and 2.5 coats of antifouling paint. Topside waxed and polished with new decals and Ericson logos.

2024 December, New Mantus anchor swivel. Recent oil/filter change. Fuel topped up.

2025 July 1st, Bottom cleaned, zincs replaced.
