This is one of the "Alphas" designed by a Western Washington University sailing team alum in the 1990s, to my knowledge in use by the team into the 2010's. 14' from bow to stern, 5.5' beam, this sailboat is ready to be on the water tomorrow! Mainsail and jib are in great condition with no sign of wear. The mainsail is equipped with four battens and one row of eyelets for reefing. Blocks and lines in fair condition, dagger board and rudder in good shape. The mast is 20' tall with a 8.5' boom. Trailer title lists the year as 1984, and is in good condition with new hubs and bearings, new tires and new brake lights installed in 2025. This boat is very responsive to the wind and was fun to sail.
