Titled with the Coast Gaurd is up to date on the Tollycraft and Boston Whaler.
I have lived on the boat for the last year and enjoyed it thoroughly. During the winter the diesel hydronic heater works great for heat and hot water. I have been moored at anchor for the last 2 months and the combination of solar for electricity and the Whaler to get in and out of the marina to go to work everyday it makes staying at anchor easy.
I just purchased another Tolly 40 that needs repairs before I can move aboard so I have priced this one to sell quickly.
About 15 years ago the previous owner put a lot of money into the boat then got sick and rarly used it. The generator, watermaker, autopilot and Webasto hydronic heater all have low hours.
The generator had the original oil filter on it. I changed the oil and impeller but never got around to starting it. There is no sign of internal damage. The aft deck hatch leaked water onto the external housing and rusted the drip pan badly. I am confident it will start and produce power.
I have not done anything with the watermaker.
I use the Webasto heating regularly.
The autopilot looks in good condition. I have not tried it.
The engines ran great until recently the Strbd starting getting diesel in the oil. I suspect the injectors and seals need to be Serviced.
