Partial, dedicated space for retail sales in existing cafe. Corner area approx 170 sqft (14x12). Ability to have wall shelving, potential for counter area as well. A creative solution to making our rent as business has been slower than anticipated. Creatives encouraged!!

Would love a 3 month commitment. There will be a deposit and contract.

Maybe you have a new business idea or and old one and can't afford retail space? My landlord is okay with this, just requires a conversation and clear expectations...
