I’m moving. I want to trade my hangar at Yakima Airport (YKM) for something somewhat similar in Skagit, Island, Jefferson or San Juan county. My hangar is approximately 48’X48’ with 14’ clearance, insulated metal and a full bi-fold door. It has heat (natural gas and electric), 220/240 volt service, utilities (full bathroom with shower), small loft for storage and internet is avaible. The hangar is one of the twenty hangars in the Yakima Airpark, a private, occupant owned LLC.
Yakima is a great place to keep your aircraft. Good weather, low humidity, good maintenance facilities, great neighbors, an active EAA chapter, secure hangars behind locked and coded gates, and a well maintained airport.
