13.5 foot Balsam Hill Fir Christmas Tree. Great condition with stand and storage bags. Couple of sections have lights out. Do not have the patience to change the lights to find the one that is out. Just strung extra lights on it. Pictures show how it assembles and lights out. Originally a $4000 tree.
