Landlord must be listed as an “Interested Party” or "Landlord/Property Owner" on the policy. This insurance will be required and proof demonstrated/verified before move-in and at each potential future renewal.
Lease Details
Rent: $3,500/month, 1st day monthly
Lease term: 12 months preferred, 6 months may be considered
Move in/Security: First and Last month’s rent ($7,000) + Any Pet Fee(s).
Pet Fee(s) may be required: $500 non-refundable fee, $250 refundable pet deposit, per each pet
Tenant(s) pays all utilities (will be responsible for setup/payment/disconnects, including final bills)
